  • Result’s Focussed Unlimited Coaching
    You will train as many times as you like to get the results that you want. Your daily movement will improve, you will get fitter, strong and healthier week on week.
  • A Totally Different Experience
    Personal Training and regular commercial gyms are not for everyone so we’ve created our version of what works! We use structure, accountability and results-based programming and blend it with our non-intimidating and supportive community and events
  • Success Coaching & Ongoing Support
    You will receive an initial 1-1 session with your success coach to create a plan dedicated to you; your goals, your lifestyle, your commitments. We will workout your training routine, nutrition strategy and habits that will serve you to maximise results for the long term and we will tailor the plan to you to ensure success.
  • Feel Empowered
    Be educated on all things nutrition and training to ensure you understand exactly what to do. We like to keep things simple and easy to follow so you don’t have to use google again!
  • All Sessions are Coach-Led
    We remove all the guesswork from exercise and training. The coach will guide you through the whole session; to ensure you are moving in the correct way, working at the right intensity for you and moving in a way that suits your anatomy.

Session days and times: When are the sessions?

We have sessions available at 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am and 11:30am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week

Location: Where are you based?

Our facility is located in the Acorn Business Centre, Cublington Road, Wing, Bucks LU7 0LB.  There is free, private parking available on site.

Start date: When does it start?

Once you've completed payment and attended your initial fundamentals session, you can start straight away - we'll give a success plan to follow every step of the way!

No experience necessary: Do I need to be fit?

Not at all! Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 90-days. You will also have a dedicated success coach with you every step of the way.

What makes you different? A totally different experience

Personal Training might not be accessible to everyone, so we've created a model that takes the best elements; structure, accountability and results based programming and merged it with our welcoming and wonderful community and fun and engaging member events.
