FAQs
for our Updated Membership Options

Why are you changing the membership options?

  • As a small group personal training gym, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service, equipment, and personalised training. To continue meeting these standards and enhancing your experience, we must adjust our prices.
  • This change will allow us to continue to invest in state-of-the-art equipment, ensure our facilities are well-maintained, and retain and develop our exceptional trainers. We understand that any price increase can be challenging, but we believe this will enable us to deliver even better results and value to you.
  • Instead of just raising our prices, we want to provide you with more flexibility and personalised options, which is why we are introducing our new membership options. These options will enable you to tailor your sessions to suit your needs and goals whilst still providing excellent value for money.

What are the main differences between the old and new plans?

The new plans offer more of a personalised membership plan to suit your needs and health and fitness goals to better meet your individual needs.

How do I know which new plan is right for me?

You will have received a personal email from our Founder, Charlotte with two options for you to consider based on the old membership plan you were on. If you are still unsure, we recommend speaking to a coach before or after a Hunt Fitness session or scheduling a one-on-one consultation with one of our coaches to discuss your health and fitness goals and find the plan that best suits your needs.

Will my current plan automatically transition to a new plan?

No, we will not transition you automatically. Please review the new options available and select the one that best matches your preferences. Our team is available to assist you in making this choice.

Will there be any additional costs associated with the new plans?

The new plans are designed to provide better value whilst ensuring that we can continue to provide you with the highest quality of service. Any changes in cost are matched with enhanced services and benefits and are inline with rising costs. Please refer to the specific details of each plan.

Can I still keep my current plan?

Our goal is to transition all clients to the new and improved plans to ensure everyone receives the best possible service. However, we are here to discuss any concerns you may have.

What happens if I don’t choose a new plan?

We encourage you to choose a new plan that aligns with your goals. If you don’t make a selection, we will reach out to assist you in finding the best fit.

How do I schedule a consultation to discuss my options?

You can schedule a one-on-one meeting with one of our trainers by clicking here or by contacting Charlotte on 07907322653 or charlotte@huntfitness.co.uk and we also have a Membership Information Evening on Monday 12th August at 8pm which is bookable here.

Why wouldn’t I just leave and sign up with a PT in a local gym?

  • Opting for a small group personal training gym offers several advantages over hiring a personal trainer at a local gym. Firstly, our small group personal training studio is non-intimidating, welcoming and exclusive to our members. All the coaches really care about you and your progress but not only that, we have an amazing community of wonderful people who want to see you succeed.
  • Our small group personal training session are significantly more cost-effective than one-on-one personal training (based on 2 sessions per week a PT will typically charge £340pcm plus a gym membership £30-50pcm). We enable access to professional guidance and support at a fraction of the price. Our coaches still offer personalised attention and tailored workouts to individual needs within the small group setting and are arguably some of the best in the industry!

Will the new membership options affect my current training schedule?

The new options are designed to offer more flexibility, so you should be able to maintain or even improve your current training schedule. Please discuss with a coach to ensure a smooth transition.

What if I have more questions or concerns?

We’re here to help! Please feel free to reach out to Charlotte on 07907322653 or join us at our Membership Information Evening on Monday 12th August at 8pm which is bookable here or schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss any further questions or concerns here.
