As a reminder, all of our sessions are coach-led. You will be supported from start to finish with our professional, supportive and passionate coaches.
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are the best of both worlds; tailored, personalised coaching in a small group of no more than 6 people who are like-minded and supportive.
