Before Hunt Fitness, Dean had just been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and he wasn’t sure how to regulate his blood sugar levels. When he went to gyms before he normally did a bit of cardio and lacked direction with his training, often spending 2 hours at the gym.
The biggest achievement Dean has had since he’s been with us is in his general fitness and his recovery after sessions. His sugar levels have been so much more stable too which has made a significant impact on his ability to exercise and be consistent with it. He absolutely loves training and has even done some fitness competitions this year!
