We are super excited to welcome you into our community and can’t wait to support you on your health and fitness journey. All of us coaches are on hand to support you so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
You should have now been set up on the goteamup database and should have received an email to fill out the medical info, sign the Ts&Cs, waivers and your add payment details. Then you’ll be all good to get booking your sessions on the schedule!
Once you have signed up the app to download is called ‘Goteamup Members’ which is the easiest way to book your sessions with us.
As a reminder, the Small Group Personal Training sessions and Team Training Sessions are all listed on the goteamup database. We would advise booking 3x Small Group Personal Training Sessions and a Move session (if you can) on your first week to get started.
Our sessions are:
Take it easy in sessions, try to go around 7/10 intensity to give your body a chance to adapt to the training.
If you have any problems getting to the studio or any issues that you’d like the Coach to know taking your session, please message our Duty Coach Phone Number which is 07762 319175.
Remember that our security gates shuts at 6pm and at the weekends, so if you come to the studio then, all you need to do is press ‘Hunt Fitness’ on the gate intercom and we will let you in!
Your Success Coach will reach out to you at the end of next week to book a strategy session in with you to nail down your goals/what you want to achieve and then support you to help you to achieve your goals.
