We are super excited to welcome you into our community and can’t wait to support you on your health and fitness journey. All of us coaches are on hand to support you so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.


You should have now been set up on the goteamup database and should have received an email to fill out the medical info, sign the Ts&Cs, waivers and your add payment details. Then you’ll be all good to get booking your sessions on the schedule!

Once you have signed up the app to download is called ‘Goteamup Members’ which is the easiest way to book your sessions with us.
As a reminder, the Small Group Personal Training sessions and Team Training Sessions are all listed on the goteamup database. We would advise booking 3x Small Group Personal Training Sessions and a Move session (if you can) on your first week to get started.

Our sessions are:

  • Small Group Personal Training – Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are the best of both worlds; tailored, personalised coaching in a small group of no more than 6 people who are like-minded and supportive. 
  • Sweat – is a high-intensity cardio conditioning workout based on time. You will workout on cardio machines, using dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight to get that Sweat on! It’s social and fun whilst also being challenging too!  
  • Move – a dynamic, controlled active stretching session to improve the mobility in your joints and the flexibility in your muscles. It’s a low intensity session so perfect if you’re feeling a little achy!
  • Box – a high energy workout using boxing moves to keep you on your toes! We do shadow boxing to improve your co-ordination, balance and skill and then go into some pad work with a partner for some fun!
  • Saturday Showdown – is a chance to train in small groups/teams and put your hard work to the test. The first part will be a high intensity metabolic conditioning workout. The second part will be a mobility section focusing on strengthening your joints and improving the flexibility in your muscles. After that there will be time for a social / catch up with the community and coaches.
  • Hybrid - has 2 elements to it; a skill based strength exercise followed by a high intensity metabolic conditioning workout using a mix of cardio intervals combined with kettlebell, barbell and dumbbell exercises to challenge you whilst getting you prepared for functional fitness competitions if you wish to do them. This session will be 1 hour.

Take it easy in sessions, try to go around 7/10 intensity to give your body a chance to adapt to the training.

Remember that our security gates shuts at 6pm and at the weekends, so if you come to the studio then, all you need to do is press ‘Hunt Fitness’ on the gate intercom and we will let you in!

Your Success Coach will reach out to you at the end of next week to book a strategy session in with you to nail down your goals/what you want to achieve and then support you to help you to achieve your goals.
