Meet our Hunt Fitness Legend Ben who is 30, who is from Aylesbury

Before Ben started with us he had trained in a lot of commercial gyms but had no real structure with his diet or his training pattern and there was a lot of focus on upper body and neglecting cardio, core, legs which resulted in a lot of long term injuries.

He struggled with back pain, tight hips and ankles and was waking up with aches and pains. He wasn’t able to play sports like cricket that he had enjoyed.

What Ben loves about coming to Hunt Fitness is that all the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They know about his injuries and tailor the sessions around them to ensure that he stays pain free whilst still focussing on muscle groups that are going to ensure he feels better and stronger for the long term.

He played his first game of cricket in 2 years and can now touch his toes without falling over! Keep up the great work Ben !
