Before Sue started at Hunt Fitness, she has just hit the menopause. She’d put on weight and was feeling sluggish. She knew that something needed to change but she had never lifted weights – she always avoided those in a gym and stuck to the running machine.
Since joining us, she has had a complete turnaround on how to exercise. She is the fittest and strongest she has been in her whole life! Her mental health has improved, she is now 2 dress sizes down, has lost 1.5 stone and has defined muscles, which she never thought she’d have.
Sue is now working with her body not against it, to be the strongest version of herself rather than submitting to getting older and thinking that it’s to be expected.
